CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

Cancellations within the 14 day cooling-off period

If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation (the day of booking is day 1) you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid without giving any reason.

Cancellations outside of the 14 day cooling-off period

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, the following course cancellation policy shall apply:

Cancellations made after the 14-day cancellation period and more than 21 days before the course will be subject to an administration fee of £50.

Alternatively, to avoid incurring the admin fee, the student can choose to transfer onto another course.
 

Course is less than 21 days away
 

Cancellations 21 days prior to the course start date will result in 50% of the course cost being forfeited.
 

A transfer only will be offered if the student's place has been filled by another paying student however the student is still liable to pay a £50 admin fee.
 

Course is less than 14 days away

Cancellations 14 days prior to the course start date will result in the full course cost being forfeited and a transfer is not offered. 

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for students’ changes to work commitments, illness or personal circumstances within this period.

 

Course Postponed due to unforseen circumstances

We require a minimum 2 students to run a course. On rare occasions, due to last minute cancellations or insufficient numbers, we may have to re-arrange your course date.  

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for students’ changes to childcare, work commitments, travel and accommodation arrangements and fees etc when the course is postponed. On this occasion, where possible, we will offer you a transfer to either an in person or online class (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy for online courses

By booking for an Online Course and making a payment of full or installment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Under this refund policy and under guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:

1. If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of registering your confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.

2. Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation, Postponement and Refund Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the registration confirmation.

3. Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a  refund, even if you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.

4. Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund.

5. All refund requests should be sent to contact@elemental-massage.co.uk 

6. Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.

Cancellation Policy for completed and certified courses

Please note that once you have completed the course and received your certificate, refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied with your course, it is crucial to bring this to our attention as soon as possible,  during the course itself. Initially, address your concerns with your Tutor. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter by writing to the Director. However, once you have been assessed and certified, no refunds will be eligible.

• Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.

• How to Redeem Discount Voucher - You must enter the code shown on the Discount Code when placing your order online during checkout.

• Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated. 

• We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.

• Promotion codes are only valid on specified services/products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.

• Bookings which have already been made cannot retrospectively claim this offer.

Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us.
